Yep. We are a week and a half out from the horror film that I am super excited to see. I know that you regualr readers have already heard my complaints about what Lions Gate has done to make more money off this release. I really don’t think that an NC-17 rating would have equaled the death of this film in theaters. It showed uncut in France without any problems … but then again those French are evil, aren’t they? “High Tension” hits theaters on June 10.
Ooooo, oooooo! I loves me some George Romero. Some of my favorite horror films (i.e. “Martin“) have been done by him. So, what’s “Land of the Dead” gonna be like? I have no idea!!! I usually try and stay away from press for Romero’s works as he always does something unique and unexpected with his films. “Land of Dead” invades your town on June 24.

I didn’t know they cut footage from it. Hell, didn’t even know it was french, though I had a slight suspicion that it was European for some reason when I saw the trailer.
It looks like that girl in “High Tension” is hiding out at Trader Joe’s.
