I need a nap. I didn’t sleep real well last night. At one point I was half-awake and could feel a panic attack starting to kick in. Fortunately it didn’t take off and after trying to psyche myself into calmness I went back to sleep. I dreamed that my aunt and uncle were staying in my house but that I was staying elsewhere. It was raining very heavily. When I went by to check on things, the house was surrounded by rushing water. I walked around the outside of my house in the water taking pictures of the flooding. Nothing inside had been damaged, but my uncle informed me that he was positive the foundation was badly damaged. That’s when the alarm went off.

Something tells me a therapist would have a field day interpruting that dream.
