Stalking is a very, very fine art. When you actually decide that “special someone” is ready to be stalked, remember that subtlety is the key. Don’t be obvious! Your prey can be scared off very easily … so, you must remember a few key “dos” and “don’ts.”
Stalking Dos:
1) Limit calls and e-mails to a maximum of two per week (if that many).
2) Develop a network of information sources that are reliable but not obvious.
Friends, Relatives, Mutual Acquaintances, Etc.
3) Act as if you could function normally without having them around.
4) Use misdirection and make them think you are interested in someone else.
5) Use “white lies” and “half truths” to cover any suspect behavior.
Stalking Don’ts:
1) Call or e-mail every day.
2) Buy them extravagant presents for birthdays or Christmas.
3) Dress like a slut to try and garner their attention.
4) Say things like “I Love You” and “I Miss You.”
5) Ask mutual friends constantly about what that “someone” has been up to.
