Where does the time go? Another month of no posts!!! It doesn’t seem like it’s been a month because I have been a little too busy.
Some things that have recently happened:
– “The Light in the Piazza” opened on October 5 and we finish up the run this weekend.
– Several weekend hikes have occurred. Always nice to get out in the woods.
– I turned 41 (with very little fanfare … but some nice presents from the boyfriend).
– I joined the 21st century and actually got a smartphone (iPhone, of course).
– The tires on my car got rotated (I did it myself!).
– I cleaned house … you know, actually vacuumed and mopped and stuff.
– Took a break from reading “Clash of Kings” re-read Stephen King’s “Carrie.”
– Didn’t audition for a show I really wanted to be in. Glad I made that decision.
– Probably gossiped more than I should about friends and their troubles.
– Bought heating oil.
– I committed to directing “Avenue Q” next year.
– Cried all the way through an episode of “Downton Abbey.”
– Still buying way too many movies on DVD/Blu-ray. I need an intervention.
– Been crazy busy with theater design work. It’s that time of year.
See how boring and mundane things have been here. … though it doesn’t mean that I need to stay away for another month. Hope you folks that are actually still reading this are doing well.

I am doing well. Save some money and come visit me!
Still reading your blog. Florida is fine, bought a cabin in your neck of the woods. Hope to see a play up there.
I was checking on that, Homer. Odd thing is a one stop flight was cheaper than a non-stop one. Crazy!
RMcD … it’s great here! Hope you get to see some of our work down at ye olde theatre.
