Dang. Is it just me or is this week just d-r-r-r-r-ragging by? I want it to be Friday already so that I can put my brain on hold and drink some Guinness in pre-celebration of St. Patrick’s Day.
“Bat Boy: The Musical” is very slowly chugging along. Our esteemed director took some steps yesterday to help us out with getting the time we need to finish up some of the things (dancing and such) that are currently missing from the show. So, we only sing and dance for the next few rehearsals and then we’ll be into running the show off book. Eeeeeep! It suddenly dropped on me like a bomb last night that it’s only a little over two weeks until I will be singing, dancing, going crazy and killin’ in front of a live theater audience. Double Dang!
FYI: “Dang!” is the new “Damn!”
DANG!! You called me “esteemed”. Thanks! I think these added dance and music rehearsals are going to help big time. I liked what I saw tonight…it’s coming along. I’m not nearly as frightened as I was a few days ago.
I’M FRIGHTENED ! *laughing* okay, not that much…I figure I’ve come this far, and learned this much, the rest will work itself out, and, if I make a mistake, chances are no one in the audience will know (she says with fervent hope…teehee)
I had an idea though….I think Clementine should be the one who always makes the mistake – everyone else is always on time, in time, doing things perfect and Clemmie always is off time, off beat, messing up! yeah! Stylized screwing up! haw!
