It’s green and it’s the Matchbox version! That’s what you get for now. Pictures of the real thing will be coming soon. It was after dark last night when I took possession of sweet my new ride. Well, I guess I should really say that it’s the bank’s new sweet ride that I will be renting from them for the next four years.

Driving the Beetle last night was quite strange after having driven the Jeep for nearly eight years. The dash and instruments have these funky blue and red-ish/orange lights. It almost felt like I was piloting a spaceship. I won’t have tags until tomorrow afternoon, so the first official long drive will be tomorrow night. Asheville (and “Atonement“) here I come!
