Damn, damn, damn … I got busted this morning at a license check for a dead inspection sticker. It expired last month. So, no I get to go to court next month and all that jazz. The ticket will probably get dropped when I prove that I took care of the problem. It’s just gonna be a pain in ass though.

We got a warning ticket for an expired tag once. All we had to do was mail some receipt from the tag office when we got it fixed…didn’t have to see the D.A…that was for another ticket I got…
You have to go to *court* for that? Can’t you just mail them proof of compliance? (I got nailed for that once up here, and I just had to have the inspection place fill out a form…. and mail it in with the check, of course. I forget how much the fine was.)
