How have you been?

Dull and Boring? Neglected? Uninspired? I know and can sympathize. I have let you become this tepid little outpost of my world that really hasn’t been saying much of anything interesting or exciting. I am sorry I let this happen to you. You used to be a place for me to talk/vent about things going on with me. Now you are just a collection of random distractions from my ever escalating sour moods.

I think it all really started back in February/March when I got pissed (and I mean royally pissed) at someone and I didn’t vent properly. I internalized most of that anger and didn’t let you be my outlet for it. I thought “I could be really nasty about this and if I write it here then it will get back to so-and-so and all hell will break loose.” That was probably the wrong move. I generally have never been really shy about talking about folks I know here. I think that bit of self-censorship has made it easier to push aside other things and events I would normally have posted about. Hell, I have even seriously toyed with the idea of killing you all together when your hosting plan runs out. But, deep down, I really don’t want to do that. I like you too much.

So, from now on … when things are good, I’ll post about what’s making me happy. When things really suck, I will post about just why they suck.
