The weekend brought about pizza, a lot of wind, “Wonder Woman,” new shoes, new pants, pornography, a new coffee grinder and a major breakdown in will power. And I was doing so well.
Tomorrow “The Incredibles” (last year’s best movie) hits store. If you haven’t seen it, go rent it. Pixar kicks so much ass.
I am currently plugging my way through Stephen King’s “Dark Tower” books.
So far from NetFlix I have watched “A Night to Remember,” “Lord of the Flies” (1963), “City of God,” “Tenebre,” “Inferno” and “Battle Royale.”
“A Night to Remember” is good in that old movie way.
“Lord of Flies” (1963) is a great adaptation of the book (unlike the 1990 version).
“City of God” was my favorite outta these.
“Tenebre” is a really slick slasher film.
“Battle Royale” really rocks even if the English-subtitles-via-Korea were kinda silly at times.
“Inferno” did absolutely nothing for me.
I had a dream last night where teenagers died horrible deaths related to a summer camp, a lake and a flooded art gallery. Hmmmm. Maybe I need to back off the horror films for a bit.
I am currently in my “nobody likes me” mode.
Ten points goes to the person who can tell me what movie the title of this post came from.

When in doubt ( and it’s Chas ) always guess “Short Cuts”
Damn, damn, damn.
Damn you Dr. Phibes.
You know me way too well.
You get ten points.
Well, we still love you anyway! Jen sends her best, she was talking with Judy the other night about your tattoo!
Chas, now you know I like you! Do I need to send a picture to prove it?
Oh, Homer. You’re so sweet. I know you like me. That doesn’t mean you can’t send me “stuff” if’n you have the urge.
