Shit. It just happened again. About 11:40 a.m. my left arm went numb and then it spread quickly to my right arm as well. The numbness keet coming in waves. I immediately went to my doctor’s office. After two hours of my body totally freaking out the symptoms are mostly gone. The doc says that he’s now convinced it’s not my heart. He thinks something neurological might be going on. Maybe a panic attack. Maybe. He has no idea.
