Unless you have been living under a rock, you know that liberals now have something to crow about … their own talk radio network. I will confess that I was all excited about the prospect of the good folks battling those evil doers (Hannity, Savage, Limbaugh, O’Reilly) on their own turf. But, now having listened to a couple of days of Air America Radio (you can stream it off the web), I must say the idea of liberal talk radio doesn’t appeal to me anymore. I figured that liberal radio would take the high road and present a thoughtful, measured response to the insanity of the right. Sadly that is not the case. Air America Radio spouts just the same kind of garbage that the conservative right does (only from a liberal view, of course). I guess that it’s too much to ask for something in the middle for us who feel we have some marginal amount of intelligence.
