I had a fight with the paper cutter at work this morning … and, as you might suspect, the paper cutter won. It’s prize was a nice hunk of flesh from the side of my finger. So, after much bleeding and a trip to the Urgent Care Center, I am all bandaged up. Looks like I will have to be this way for about a week. Because of the way the wound is, they couldn’t stitch me back up. Instead I have a dressing of surgiseal that’s supposed to help the blood clot and close the wound. I think I would have rather had stitches ’cause it felt like the nurse was grinding steel wool into the cut when she applied the surgiseal. That, my friends, is when the boss got to see me cry.

Ow!
OWWIE!!! Good thing you are right handed!!!
awwww…i’m sorry…..
Yowch! That’s gonna leave a mark!
You cried in pain? Honey, that’s when you start demanding drugs and lots of them. Pain in optional in a first world country. Next time, ask for Oxyconton by name, OK?
