The new Watchmen series on HBO had a really kick-ass first (and maybe only) season … and the cherry on top of the finale was an extended monologue from Senator Joe Keene Jr. (played by James Wolk) delivered while he was undressing down to some Doctor Manhattan inspired undies. I might have had to start fanning myself. Even David stopped what he was doing and took notice.

And … we’re off to see Avengers: Endgame tonight in an effort to head off the inevitable internet spoilers. Yay! I am fully expecting that Steve Rogers will sacrifice himself to ensure the defeat of Thanos. So, if you hear loud, uncontrollable sobbing later this evening, that’s just me having a meltdown. 😛

This week has been a bit busy and annoying. Freelance work is poppin’ because Spring is upon us. There’s lots of stuff to do for the opening of the 2019 season at the theater on top of having to totally redo the artwork for one of the shows. Plus the souvenir book I do for an annual pool tournament fundraiser is also working. Keeps me out of trouble, right?
Meanwhile, my brain has been stuck thinking about jock straps all damn day.
