Beyond Test Shot #6

I am a little amazed that Christy ended up taking 56 pictures on me on Sunday. Yow! Christy and I have decided that we are going to go back (when time allows) and get some more pictures. Hopefully this time I’ll be able to give her something a little less “posed” and a lot more “relaxed.” Just for the record: I was relaxed. The nudity didn’t bother me. I found that I was trying to pose for the camera which is why (I think) the photos look a little stiff, per se. Anyhoo … You’ll have to go inside to see just a few of the 56.

Some Distraction … Sorta

Since waterfalls seem to be a theme right now … here’s a picture of me from a few months back underneath the overhang at Upper Bridal Veil Falls. You’ll get some “other” waterfall photos tomorrow …
Test Shot #3

Christy took quite a few pictures. The first set was of me reclining on one of the rocks right up in the waterfall. Quite cold, let me tell you. Then we decided to try some with me perched on a rock in front of the waterfall. This is one of the test shots Christy did to make sure the rock perchin’ was gonna work.

Storm Clouds

These pictures were taken from my back deck yesterday of the storm that rolled through late in the afternoon. The air temperature dropped signifigantly and the wind really picked up, but all it did was rain. It certainly looked like we were gonna get a mean storm. I stood on the back deck and watched a section of clouds race across the sky while the dark clouds that hung over my house were still in the afternoon sky.
Weekend Update: Three
Preston and I went for a wee (and I mean it was really short) hike yesterday afternoon in the Black Balsam Wilderness. We ended up at Flat Creek where we discovered shirtless hikers swimming in the frigid water, fly fishermen and some really sweet campsites that need to be camped at soon. Here’s just a few photos …
