So, I got to work and banged out a design that I was pretty happy with, only to REALLY read the instructions after the fact.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;WHO: Any young person, ages 13-18 that is a resident of Buncombe County is eligible to participate.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dammit. I am neither ages 13-18 nor a resident of Buncombe County.<\/p>\n<p>[Insert facepalm emoji here.]<\/p>\n<p>Reading.
