And with all the snow we have been getting there was lots and lots of cascading ice on the Sunday hike I took with PT.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"Parkway Ice\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.theboywonder.net\/images\/10129.jpg?resize=505%2C338\" alt=\"\" width=\"505\" height=\"338\" \/><br \/>\nThis is a small sampling.<\/p>\n<p>All I wanted to do was get some close up pictures of the ice that was frozen to the rock cliff along side the Parkway.\u00a0But thanks to the helping hands of my hiking partner, this nice chunk of ice landed on me and pinned my left leg. After a little digging (&#8217;cause it was way, way too heavy to lift), we were able to get my leg out. Nothing broken. Nothing bruised.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"Near Death Experience\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.theboywonder.net\/images\/10126.jpg?resize=505%2C434\" alt=\"\" width=\"505\" height=\"434\" \/><br \/>\nThe hole underneath the ice is where my leg ended up.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"Near Death Experience Close Up\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.theboywonder.net\/images\/10127.jpg?resize=505%2C338\" alt=\"\" width=\"505\" height=\"338\" \/><br \/>\nAnd here&#8217;s a close up!<\/p>\n<p>I lucked out somehow &#8230; either it was where I was standing or how the ice fell.
