iPod Classic<\/strong><\/a> has been acting all funky for the last few days when I have tried to load songs\/movies. So, last night it was being a pain again and kept saying “Cannot eject iPod as it’s in use” by some program or other. So, I disconnected it. When I checked to make everything was still okay after the disconnect … all my music, videos and movies were gone!!! When I reconnected the iPod, my trusty old Powerbook didn’t recognize my iPod and treated it like it was new and needed to be formatted. So I did that and now have to spend ages reloading all my stuff back on.<\/p>\nI have been smart this time and have backups of everything. But this just sucks ’cause the old Powerbook has a USB 1.0 port and the new iPod works best off of a USB 2.0 port. What that means is that loading things takes f – o – r – e – v – e – r.<\/p>\n
